We could not be more excited to bring our beloved Eccentric Day back this year! There will be some differences this time around so please read below for important info for everyone planning to come by.
In years past, this event has gotten pretty crowded. Please keep this in mind when deciding how your alter ego should dress if there is a line because of capacity and please plan accordingly.
Capacity will be more limited than previous years as well.
Q: What does “Come are you aren’t” mean?
A: It means to get creative, dress up and have fun. If you have an alter ego this is the time to let it shine through. If you don’t come as you are most comfortable.
Q: What Covid-19 safety measures do you have in place?
A: We are following the same guidelines as our indoor concerts. You must provide proof of vaccine through the clear health app, or we will also accept your CDC card, MCIR, or another state-issued vaccine record at the door. The other option is to provide a negative Covid-19 lab test result obtained within the last 72 hours. It must be a lab result so we can match the name on the test result to your ID.
Note: at-home Covid test results will not be accepted at this time.
Q: How do I find the Clear Health app?
A: You can find it in the app store or here: https://clear.app.link/Bells_Beer. Once you download the app select “have a code” and enter bellsbeer. There is no space between Bells and beer. Follow the prompts on the screen, once you get to the green screen you are good to go!
Q: I am getting an error on the Clear Health App?
A: Make sure you do not have a space between “bellsbeer”. If you are still getting an error, we recommend restarting your phone. We will always verify your vaccine record in person if the app does not work.
Q: My employer has a vaccine verification app, can I show you that?
A: We will accept the clear health app or manual verification at the door, we are requiring full vaccination and are unable to verify what your employer’s vaccination policies are.
Q: Can my 18-year-old come to Eccentric Day?
A: Sorry Eccentric Day is a 21 and over event.
Q: How do I get tickets?
A: Eccentric Day is a free event and is first-come, first serve. Once we get to capacity, we will allow one in for every person that exits. We anticipate a line forming for entry, come early, or be prepared to wait. All good things are worth a wait.
Q: What time do The California Honeydrops go on?
A: The doors open at noon. The Honeydrops will take the stage at 4 pm their performance is a part of Eccentric Day. DJ M Sord will be spinning records prior to their set and Kalamazoo DJ will be spinning after.
Q: How long will Eccentric Day be?
A: We will be open Noon-10pm, but this does not stop you from sporting your new identity before and/or after the event!
Q: Do you have a regular food menu?
A: All food is free on Eccentric Day so we do not have a regular menu to order from, there will be a vegetarian plate available and a meat eaters’ plate available.
Q: I am going to leave, I can get right back in, right?
A: Once you exit the building you can re-enter you will just have to go to the end of the line if there is one formed.
