If you are inquiring about an offer through a specific loyalty app*

*“in-app” offers that are only available to those who shop within the app, ex: Kroger

Please submit a ticket through our Help Center Contact Form.
  1. Select the "General Questions or Quality Concerns" Category, then the "Rebates and Sweepstakes Questions" Contact Form.
You will need to include:
1. The name of the loyalty app.
2. The date you tried to redeem the offer.
3. The state you are redeeming from.
